The Great
Camp Collection line of custom ranch furniture is made to order. Production
time for the furniture is approximately 8-12 weeks. Our wrought-iron table lamps
take only 2-3 weeks, and our large wrought-iron chandelier takes approximately
12-16 weeks.
TERMS: 50% deposit is required with each order, the balance due prior to shipment.
Deposit is non-refundable once production begins.
PRICES: F.O.B. Colorado. Crating and shipping are additional.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Visa or MasterCard by phone, money order or personal check,
made out to The Great Camp Collection.
SCHEDULING: Production will begin when order and deposit have been received.

YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER:
SHIPPING: You must supply a complete shipping address and zip code along with
contact phone numbers such as home, work, and cell for the shipper to contact
you for delivery. Your item will be shipped via a motor freight company or UPS.
You can pay us for the freight, or pay the carrier at the time of delivery.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PIECES UPON DELIVERY. If any damage is discovered after
you sign the freight bill, you will need to contact the freight company immediately,
as they are responsible for the damage.
CANCELLATIONS: Once production has begun, if you decide to cancel for any reason,
your deposit is non-refundable.
RETURNS: If you decide to return an item that is not damaged, YOU MUST CALL
US FIRST FOR AN AUTHORIZATION. If the return is authorized, the item is to be
returned shipping prepaid within 10 days and in the original packing material.
(We cannot accept any C.O.D.'s). Original shipping charges are not refundable.
A credit minus 15% restocking fee for lamps, and a 30% restocking fee for cabinetry,
chairs, sofas and chandeliers, may be applied to your credit card.
