RETURNS OF ANTIQUE ACCESSORIES, ARTWORK, QUILTS, BLANKETS, ETC., WILL BE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY AND MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OF ANTIQUE FURNITURE, CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER FURNITURE, OR LIGHTING.

Delivery: Our receipt from the transportation company showing acceptance of merchandise constitutes delivery on our part.

Damage in Transit:
Claims: Our merchandise is delivered to the transportation companies with the utmost care. When shipment is received and signed for by the transportation company, our responsibility ceases.
We strongly recommend that all merchandise be inspected immediately upon receipt. Do not accept a shipment that evidences damage or shortage until the driver endorses a statement of irregularity on the face of the transportation receipt. If the customer gives the transportation company a clear receipt for the goods that have been damaged or lost in transit, he does so at his own risk and expense.
We do not assume responsibility for damage or shortage in transit. You must collect from your carrier by notifying their claim department immediately. The delivering carrier is responsible for damage (concealed or visible) incurred in transit. Request an inspection immediately should you discover your order is damaged. Claims should be filed within 10 days from delivery date with the delivering carrier.
KEEP THE DAMAGED ITEM WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIAL FOR INSPECTION.
